GETTING RID OF LAZINESS

LAZY ME

Yep I know I'm lazy and I really don't enjoy it much, especially when I'm not able to do my important task's within the deadline, even now I forced myself to write this blog because I wanted to prove that I can do stuff which I'm supposed to do. I know I'm not dumb nor stupid, I believe I'm one of the smartest people in this world, and if you're reading this, probably you're one of the smartest people too because we understood that there's something wrong with us and we both wanted a solution. I'll be writing this blog after thirty days from now because from tomorrow I'm going to experiment my self with different things and will probably find a solution in order not to be lazy and I'll find a way to be productive and I promise that I won't come with a quote after my thirty-day experiment and it will be something wonderful, and most importantly it will be practical. Okay, then I'll see you after thirty days. It's been two days since I have started my experiment. I'm not much of a lazy, but still, I'm not doing the stuff which I intend to do. Fast forwarded after 30 day's. Here I'm, writing and sharing my experience, which went through the last 30 days. Once I've decided to stop being lazy, I wanted to know if there is any real solution to this problem. I researched and read a few books, and then I realized something unique. Our mind loves to have pleasure, and it always tries to do things without much effort. Even now, I'm lying on my bed with my mobile using an app to write this blog as it is more convenient and takes less effort to do my writing. In this way, I do not have much effort in my mind, and also I'm able to complete my work. So this is one of the hacks we must understand when we try not to be lazy. So let me tell you what I've done during my 30 days. I've written down what I wanted to accomplish within these 30 days, so I wanted to build two new habits which are reading or studying something daily for the next 30 day's and also to exercise for the rest of the day's. I was pumped to start my new routine for the first day as I was all motivated. A week later, on the 6th day, I felt lazy again. I was lazy again. I was just wasting my time all day, and even though I wanted to study, my mind wasn't just ready and exercising that day seemed like a big task. So I decided to do only 20 push-ups for that day and also studied only a little. I didn't want to stop it due to my laziness as it will make me guilty and sad. Because it happened with me before when I tried to do NO FAP challenge for 30 days but failed on my 10th day, I felt so bad as it ruined all the work which took for nine days. I was sad and guilty, so I didn't want to feel the same with my new challenge, so I just reduced my intensity and fulfilled my challenge. So I knew the trick now whenever I feel lazy, I must do the task with very less effort. So I managed all the lazy days and somehow reached my 30th day. I was happy that I completed my challenge. I wouldn't say that I developed a habit of exercising or studying, but the challenge surely gave me a momentum to exercise and study daily even after my challenge. I now feel weird If I don't exercise. Sooner or later it will be my habits, and I'm sure I'll never be lazy if I wanted to study something in the future as I've made it my routine. This is what all it takes. Just make those things your daily routine which will make you feel lazy. And also I had a chart in which I used to mark every single day after completing my daily challenge, this actually helped me to visualize my efforts.

But if you're someone who doesn't have 30 days off time to take up a challenge and built a new routine, then just close your browser and do the most important thing which you were supposed to do instead of reading this blog. See you with a new blog.

If you still feeling like surfing the internet by avoiding tomorrow's exam or your important task, then just do yourself a favor by making the strongest coffee.

Just fill up quarter part of your glass with coffee powder and mix it with warm water and make sure not to add any sugar or milk in it. Gulp it down your throat along with a spoon of ghee and take a real cold shower. This will alert your brain at a rapid phase. This is when you must be doing your important tasks. Make sure you complete your work before the effect of caffeine is gone. It will be better if you only eat those foods with no carbohydrates and high-fat foods. Prefer nuts with healthy fats and avoid having junk and fried spicy food. The less the food you have, the more the brain can utilize the blood supply, which provides oxygen to the brain to boost its performance.
I'll update this blog if I discover more interesting ways to get rid of laziness.
Thank you for reading and now get your ass up the couch and run for your life. If not now, then never. Just shut the goddamn internet.
Health Tip: High dosages of regular consumption of coffee can be dangerous and can lead to kidney-related problems, so only use this in case of emergency and please avoid if you're someone who's already facing any health issues. Health is important than anything else.
